Welcome Vendors! We are super excited that you're interested in joining us in our first ever Red Barn Market! ​

Below is information pertaining to the event, costs, set up and the vendor application. Please read through it before filling the application form out. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Applications close May 31, 2025.

VENDORS:

​Booth spaces are allocated to 

one vendor per space only.

​

Vintage Vendors: 

We are looking for vendors that specialize in vintage, antiques, primitive wares and salvaged items. 

Floral Vendors: 

We are looking for vendors that specialize in handmade floral prints, cards and original art .

Homemade Vendors:

We will have a few spaces designated for jewelry, soap, farm produced products and  makers. We suggest incorporating vintage or vintage inspired item to your displays.

Repurposed Vendors: 

We are looking for vendors that have repurposed, up-cycled, repainted or refurbished items, vintage and antique themed.

LOCATION:

Right inside our yard at the Greenhouse @ 100 Stockton Ave in Okotoks, Alberta.

​

EVENT DATE & TIME:

Fri, Aug 29th 4-8pm & Sat, Aug 30th 10-4pm

​

SET UP:

Set up will be on Friday, Aug 29 from 10am to 3:30pm. All Vendors MUST be available to unload on Friday during the designated hours 

of 10am to 3:30pm.

Vendors will be able to unload their items on a first come first served basis, then be asked to park in the north part of the parking lot to allow other vendors to do the same. This is also to enable your customers to park closer to your booths to load all their treasures. 

Please note that this is a greenhouse and your booth does not have to be fancy, schmancy. All spots are approx 10 x 10 and 10 x 5 and are at various locations in the yard and inside the greenhouse. The spots are first come first serve with your payment.

VENDOR FEES:

10'x10' Booth - $100

10'x5' Table spot - $50

If you are accepted, a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be due within 24 hours of acceptance by etransfer or cash. The remainder of the booth fee will be due 30 days prior to the event.
